Embed Customization lets you personalise the visual style of every embed the Invaro bot sends in your server. You can set a custom accent colour that replaces Invaro’s default pink, and a custom footer text that appears at the bottom of all bot messages.
Invaro+ Feature: Embed Customization is available on Invaro+ and Invaro+ Boost plans only.

What Gets Customised

Changes made here apply server-wide to all Invaro embeds in your server, including:
  • Rank update responses
  • Verification panel messages
  • Container/panel messages
  • Log embeds
  • Any other bot-generated embed
Two settings are available:

Setting Up Embed Customization

Open Embed Customization

Navigate to Embed Customization in your portal dashboard. You must be on an Invaro+ or Invaro+ Boost plan.

Set an accent colour

Choose a colour using one of the preset swatches, or type a hex code directly into the input field. The colour picker button next to the input opens a full colour picker. The live preview on the right updates immediately as you change the colour.Preset colours include: Invaro Pink, Sky Blue, Emerald, Amber, Violet, Rose, Slate, and White.

Set footer text (optional)

Type your custom footer text — typically your server name, community name, or a short tagline. Maximum 64 characters. Leave blank to keep the default “Invaro” footer.

Save

Click Save Changes. Only changed fields are updated — if you only changed the colour, the footer text remains as-is.

Live Preview

The right-hand panel shows two live preview panels that update in real time:
  • Standard Embed — shows a typical rank-update or notification embed with your accent colour as the left border and your footer text at the bottom.
  • Container Message — shows a panel-style embed (like a verification panel) with your colour as the top accent strip and button.
Toggle the preview with the Show/Hide Preview button. Rendering is approximate and may vary slightly between Discord clients.

Discarding Changes

Click Discard at any time before saving to reset the fields to their last saved state.

Access Control

Only portal Owners and Admins can configure Embed Customization settings.
