Categories
Resources in the Knowledge Hub are grouped into categories. Each category has a name, optional description, an icon, and a colour.Creating a Category
Click New Category in the top-right corner. Configure the following:- Name — required
- Description — optional, shown below the category name
- Icon — choose from a grid of icons
- Color — pick a preset or enter a hex value
- Team Access — optionally restrict which teams can view or manage this category (leave empty to allow all staff)
Managing Categories
Each category card has an overflow menu with Edit Category and Delete Category options. Deleting a category also removes all resources inside it. Categories can be collapsed or expanded by clicking the category header. A resource count badge shows how many resources are in each category.Resources
Resources are individual items inside a category. Each resource has a title, URL, type, and optional description and cover image.Resource Types

Adding a Resource
Click Add on a category card. Configure:- Type — one of the five types above
- Title — required
- URL — required
- Description — optional, shown below the title on the card
- Card Cover — optional image, title, and description that appear on the card itself (the cover title overrides the resource title on the card)
Card Covers
Expanding the Card Cover section lets you provide:- A cover image URL — shown as a banner at the top of the card
- A cover title — shown instead of the resource title
- A cover description — shown below the cover title
Pinned Links
The right-hand sidebar shows a Pinned section. Pinned links are quick-access bookmarks visible to all staff regardless of category permissions. Click + next to the Pinned heading to add a link. Each pinned link has a title, URL, optional note, and an icon chosen from a grid of options. Hover over any pinned link to reveal edit and remove buttons.Filtering
A search bar in the top-right filters visible categories and resources by name. Clearing the search restores the full view.Access Control
