Ticket Panels let your Discord members open support tickets by clicking a button or selecting from a dropdown. Each panel is fully customisable — you control the button style, the category where tickets open, which staff can see them, and how logs are recorded. You can also combine multiple panels into a single Multi-Panel message.

Overview Tab

The Overview tab gives you a snapshot of your ticket system:
  • Total tickets, open tickets, and closed tickets across all panels
  • A bar chart showing how many tickets each panel has handled
  • Recent activity feed showing the latest ticket events
  • Plan usage showing how many panels and multi-panels you’ve used out of your limit

Creating a Panel

1

Open the Panels tab

Navigate to Tickets in your portal dashboard and select the Panels tab. Click New Panel.
2

Basic settings

Fill in the panel’s core configuration:
  • Panel Name — displayed in logs and referenced in multi-panels
  • Ticket Description — shown to users when they first open a ticket
  • Channel Description — shown inside the ticket channel after it’s opened
  • Ticket Limit per user — maximum simultaneous open tickets per member
  • Panel Channel — where the panel button message is sent
  • Log Channel — where transcripts are posted when tickets close
  • Ticket Category — the Discord category where ticket channels are created
3

Configure roles

Switch to the Roles tab:
  • Staff Roles — can view and reply to tickets
  • Admin Roles — can force-close, delete, and manage all tickets
4

customize the button

Switch to the Button tab:
  • Label — the text shown on the button (max 80 characters)
  • Emoji — choose from standard emojis or your server’s custom emojis
  • Colour — Blurple (Primary), Grey (Secondary), Green (Success), or Red (Danger)
A live preview shows how the button will look in Discord.
5

Configure the embed (optional)

Switch to the Embed tab and enable Send as embed to wrap the panel message in a Discord embed. Set an accent colour, thumbnail URL, and image URL.
6

Create the panel

Click Create Panel. If a channel was selected, Invaro will automatically send the panel button to that channel.

Sending Panels to Discord

Each panel card shows a status indicator:
  • Live (green) — the panel button is currently posted in Discord
  • Send to Discord (amber) — the panel has a channel configured but hasn’t been sent yet
Click Send to Discord on any panel card to post it. If the panel has already been sent, a refresh icon lets you resend or update the existing message. Changes to your panel settings are automatically synced to Discord when you save edits.

Multi-Panels

A Multi-Panel posts multiple panel buttons in a single Discord message. This is ideal for servers with several support categories — instead of separate panel messages in different channels, everything lives in one organised message.

Creating a Multi-Panel

1

Open the Multi tab

Select the Multi tab and click New Multi-Panel. You must have at least one panel created first.
2

Configure basic settings

  • Name — internal label for the multi-panel
  • Channel — where the combined message is posted
  • Linked Panels — select which panels to include
  • Display TypeButtons (each panel is its own button) or Select Menu (a dropdown selector)
3

Enable embed (optional)

Toggle Use Embedded Message to wrap the panel group in a Discord embed with a title, description, colour, thumbnail, and image.A preview at the bottom of the modal shows how the combined embed and buttons will look.
4

Create

Click Create. The multi-panel is sent to Discord automatically if a channel is configured.

Logs Tab

The Logs tab gives a full history of all tickets across every panel. Filter options:
  • Search by opener’s username
  • Filter by status: All, Open, or Closed
  • Filter by panel
Each log entry shows the opener, panel name, open time, duration, and status. Click the eye icon to open the transcript viewer.

Transcripts

The transcript viewer displays the full conversation in a Discord-style chat, with staff replies shown on the right and user messages on the left. Click Export to download the transcript as a .txt file.

Managing Panels

From any panel or multi-panel card you can:
ActionDescription
ToggleEnable or disable the panel. Disabled panels don’t accept new tickets.
EditUpdate any panel setting. Changes sync to Discord automatically.
DeletePermanently delete the panel. Cannot be undone.

Access Control

Only portal Owners and Admins can create, edit, and manage ticket panels. The Tickets page is not accessible to staff members without Owner or Admin status.
