Failure to adhere to these standards may result in action against your Invaro account(s) and a suspension of access to our services. Please ensure you have thoroughly reviewed these Rules, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy before utilizing Invaro services. ### 1. Discord Terms & Community Standards All users must adhere to the [Discord Terms of Service](https://discord.com/tos) and [Community Guidelines](https://discord.com/guidelines) while present in the Invaro Discord server. Non-compliance will result in immediate removal from the community. ### 2. Professional Conduct & Mutual Respect We require a high standard of respect toward all customers, users, and staff members. Engaging in drama, inciting conflict, or fostering a toxic environment is prohibited. Invaro is dedicated to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and positive space for everyone. ### 3. Harassment & Zero-Tolerance Discrimination Invaro maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding bullying, harassment, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, identity, or any other protected characteristic. Threats and targeted abuse will result in an immediate and permanent ban. ### 4. Prohibited Content The sharing of inappropriate content—including NSFW material, offensive slurs, sexually explicit media, or hateful rhetoric—is strictly forbidden. We take swift action against any violations of this nature. ### 5. Spamming & Integrity of Service Mass-messaging, emoji spam, or organizing "raids" against our platforms or others is strictly prohibited. Violators will be permanently removed from all Invaro-affiliated platforms. ### 6. Unauthorized Advertising Advertising external servers, bots, websites, or services without prior written consent from Invaro management is prohibited. This includes unsolicited direct messaging (DMing) of our members. ### 7. Privacy & Data Confidentiality Do not disclose private information, internal staff decisions, or user data. Invaro prioritizes the security of its members; sensitive issues should be reported through official channels rather than discussed publicly. ### 8. Sexual Conduct & Online Dating In accordance with global safety standards, Invaro prohibits e-dating and sexually suggestive conduct on its platforms. Violations will result in a permanent loss of access. ### 9. Sensitive & Derogatory Topics To maintain a neutral and welcoming environment, we discourage public debates regarding controversial political, religious, or social topics. We reserve the right to moderate discussions that become derogatory or divisive. ### 10. Community Integrity Any behavior intended to undermine Invaro’s community standards or reputation will be met with an immediate suspension. Respect for the collective environment is a core value of our organization. ### 11. Fraud & Financial Misconduct Any attempt at fraud—including payment manipulation, chargeback abuse, identity theft, or exploiting promotions—will result in an immediate ban and a report to `legal@invaro.org` for further investigation. ### 12. Data Misuse The unauthorized handling, sharing, or selling of user data is a severe violation of our trust. Such actions will lead to a permanent blacklist and potential legal repercussions. ### 13. Illegal Activities Engaging in or promoting illegal activities while using Invaro services or representing the Invaro brand is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities. ### 14. Impersonation Pretending to be another user, an Invaro staff member, or an official organization to deceive others is a serious offense and will result in an immediate account termination. ### 15. Support System Abuse Misusing Invaro’s support channels (e.g., filing bad-faith reports, harassing staff, or spamming tickets) will result in a loss of support access and potential service suspension. ### 16. Intellectual Property The use of copyrighted material without authorization is prohibited.
